We gladly accept returns of an item(s) that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Before returning an item(s) you must reach out to our returns department at [email protected] or call us at 920-202-3524, to obtain authorization to return a defective item(s) for a credit or replacement item(s), within 15 days of purchase. Non defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. Also non defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Product boxes and/or item(s) that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for a credit or replacement. Credits and replacements are done within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
